I attended my H1B Dropbox in Delhi on 09-March-2022. The passport status has not been updated since then. It still shows "Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate" with no detailed status message.
There has been no response to the support email - [email protected] despite multiple attempts.
Did anyone had gone through the same experience? Do we have a contact customer care number? I have tried the IVR number but it does not help.
Any leads will be helpful.
