First time stamping in Canada F1 to H1. New ustraveldocs account needed?

Hello

Whenever I login to ustraveldocs account, it always shows me the option to book the appointment in my home country only. Instead I want to book an appointment in Canada as I have got the PR for Canada. Do I need to register as a new user on ustraveldocs? Or is there a way to choose country and consulate on the existing account? I am currently in the US.
