Passport Delivery

Hello,

My wife has an interview scheduled at the Chennai US consulate for May 4th at noon under the visa renewal category for H4 and she has a return ticket already booked for May 6th.

I was wondering if there is a provision to collect the passport in person in Chennai itself , may be, at the VFS office ??

if not, then the courier address provided is that of Hyderabad and I was wondering if it is worth a chance to see if the passport can be delivered from chennai to hyderabad the next day itself, thereby allowing her to travel on May 6th, What would be the chances of she making it ??
