Surnames in DS-160

Hi,
I am filling DS-160 form. I need your help for surnames in passport. I am confused. I have surnames in the passport like

SISODIYA AKA SIDODIYA

In this case, How can I fill surnames in the ds-160 ?

Should I enter like this "SISODIYA AKA SIDODIYA" in the DS-160 for surnames fields or Should I enter only first "SISODIYA" ?

Could you please advise ?

Check your passport and enter as per that so that passport and visa will have the same name.
