Application Receipt/Petition Number for h4 while petition pending

what "Application Receipt/Petition Number:" number should be used for h4 , while they have their own i-539 receipt number but application not approved , want to visit India has h1b principal applicant case is approved.

can i book dates using principal applicant application number or has to use i-539 receipt as application number? please advice.
