H1/H4/Marriage

Hi,

I work for IBM India Pvt. Ltd, I have applied for H1 B visa and by mid of November I am expecting my petition. I am also getting married on 8th of December this year and 24th December is my probable date to fly. Now my would be has also applied for passport, however she cannot mention my name as Spouse Name in her passport, as we are still not married. What I want to know is this:

• For H4 stamping, is it mandatory to have our Spouse's name on passport, if she is going with me (Primary Applicant for stamping)?
• By the time we go for stamping I make sure that we have Marriage Certificate and all other necessary documents. Will that help?
• For H4, do we need my spouse's (depandant) Degree Certificates also?
