Sir,
Am in need of guidance. I was in USA from june 2002 to March 2007 on first H4 visa and later H1 visa.
In june 2007 my husband expired. My inlaws are harassing me and my daughter and to prevent us from claiming legal right have put false case of custody and Insurance claim has also been withheld by fradulent means. i have got an oppurtunity for job from USA.
My query to your goodselves is will my visa application b rejected due to legal cases.
My inlaws have forged my signature to claim Insurance money.
I am unable to get a proper reply from my lawyers in regard to;
as can i go abroad to earn my bread and butter. I have a 11 yr old daughter and am myself 41. I cannot wait till the property dispute is solved.
