Hi,
I have a L2 visa & son has a L2 visa as well who is just 9 months old. We are dependants of my spouse who is currently holding a L-1B. My spouse's organization is sending her to USA on a project. Mostly likely she might start earlier than us.
We would accompany her maybe after 1 or 2 months. Can I & my son travel with L2 visas to USA without the primary applicant accompanying us but she would already be in the USA.
Please let me know such that we can plan our travel accordingly.
