In middle of changing jobs, and the lawyers filed for the h1b transfer using my old i94 (not the latest). So i am assuming the new i797 will have the old i94 number but with newer start/end dates. Does this automatically override the latest i94 number as well ?
My old i94 is still valid for another year. Old and latest both have same end date, just the numbers are different and the new i797 will come with the old i94 number.
Is this fine ?
