H1B Transfer

I am current in US employed with employer 'A' and have valid H1B visa until Aug 2023. I have got an offer from another employer 'B', and they have transferred my H1B successfully (approved) now, however i have decided not to join 'B' and stay back with 'A'.

Can i do that?

Do i need to go out of the country and come back on 'A' H1B?

you can ignore the company B h1 and inform them you are not joining them. They will revoke it.
You don't need to do anything as you are working with A and will be staying with them.

not needed. As long as you are with A and haven't changed employer no need to worry.
