Let go while abroad for H1B stamping

Like the text says, I was let go from my job when I was traveling abroad to get my visa stamped. Independently, my case has been stuck in administrative processing for a few weeks now.

A) Can I legally re-enter the country using my visa https://showbox.tools/ https://speedtest.vet/ if I do get it back soon?

B) if not, how do I withdraw my current application and get my passport back? I’m hoping to get another offer soon and would like to get the visa stamped once my transfer petition has been approved.
