Drop Box Eligibility for H1 and H4

Hi, As H1 applicant I am eligible for dropbox appointment , but I switched my company , so during that time my H4 was in progress with previous company got denied. So we applied I120B to clear the same. If that is the case as a whole if we need to go for VIsa stamping as a whole family do we qualify for DROPBOX. Please help me to get this cleared. I thought H!B is the main applicant and answered as no rejection in Interview Waiver.
