I have attended first time H1B interview at hyderabad consulate on 8th Oct'10.
VO asked about project details and issued 221g yellow form with case number on it. He asked me to submit all the documents from Petitioner.He returned my passport and orginal I797 but took my I129 and project description. I haven't submitted the docs yet as I'm still waiting for the docs from the employer.
I would like to know few things before I submit my docs at VFS.
1)Should I also submit my previous experience letters and education certificate copies( though these were not asked in 221g form).
2) Should I also submit my orignial I797 along with petitionar documents.
3) Any formate required for arranging the docs.
4) Any covering letter required from me. If so what is the content of it.
5)VO returned my passport. Is this going to be critical case.
6) Is there any time limit to submit the docs.
7) How the consulate will contact me. From where they will get my details.
If anybody faced the similar suituation then please post your experience/suggestions.
