Hello all,
My H1 extension is being processed in premium and I am expecting to get it approved soon. Once I get the approval, we(myself and my wife) are planning to go to Mexico or Canada to get our visa stamped.
But I couldnt get the visa appointments sooner. I need to get them stamped asap so that my wife can continue working on her H4-EAD (which is expiring end of june 2022) by getting the automatic 120 day extension.
Anyone has experience in expediting the appointments?
