H1 Pitetion got approved.. But

My H1 Petition got approved a week back.
I yet to take an appointment with Chennai Consolate for H1 interview.

But i has to travel next week urgently on B1 Visa.( I already have B1)
Can i travel now and take an appointment for H1 after coming back to india after 3 months.
Will this affect my H1 visa interview or stamping.
Do i have a chance of getting visa stamped after 4 months of petition approval.

That is fine. You will need a current job offer letter from the employer whenever you go for the Visa interview, to show that the job still exists for you.
