H1B visa expired without travelling to us

Hello,

I had my H1B visa issued in January 2018 and got expired in August 2020. I did not travel to us as I didn't get any onsite opportunity from my company.

Could you clarify the below doubts.

1. Can we start the renewal process from my current company?
2. Is it possible to renew my H1B personally through any concultancy?
3. If my current company doesn't allow , is it possible can I join other company and ask them to start the renewal process or transfer process.
