My H1B was Valid until Nov 2022 with my old employer.
My New Employer Filed H1b with Company A and approved till FEB 2025 and i joined in April.
By mistake employer ran my payroll with company B ( Though Company A & B Fall under same umbrella they are different entities ) i'm on biweekly payroll and received 3 paystubs till now.
Now after realizing mistake My employer is going to file a new H1B again Letting USCIS know mistakes happened.
What will be the implications of this mess , with current petition approval and future GC process.
