H4 Visa Dropbox for Spouse and Son

Hello All,

My wife and son are travelling to India for H4 Visa stamping. I have a approved H1B approval notice till July 2025. All our current visa's are expiring on July 1st 2022. Since when they reach for new H4 Visa stamping all our visa's will be expired, can they go for dropbox without my H1b Visa stamping? They will have my I797 approval copy till 2025 anyway. I am not travelling with them and hence they have to go and get theirs stamped for next three years. Is that possible? All three of us are currently in the US. Is it a good idea to send them for visa stamping while my visa is not stamped yet?

What are the documents required for dropbox appointment for my wife and son for H4?

I don't see any issues. They can go for visa stamping with your i797 copy along with documents confirming your relationship with them.
