I am going for stamping to india alongwith my wife & kid. My 3 yr. old kid is a US Citizen and my wife is on H4. Do I need to answer yes and provide their details for this question. As they will be already in India with me at the time of my stamping.

HI OP,

I haven;t seen new DS-160 but if the Question is :

Do you have immediate relatives/family(excluding Parents)?

Answer : I think this is a very straight forward question and I don;t know what doubt you have.
Obviosuly Answer is YES ------- For your wife and son.

But if the question is:

Do you have immediate relatives/family in US?

Then Answer would be - YES for your son only as he is a US citizen.

(I am assuming you don't have other relatives-like brother/sisters in US)
