Hello,
I am going for my first H1-B drop box stamping next month. My first H1-B was issued in 2017 and I was working in OPT EAD before that. I was arrested for Misdemeanor Assault in Jan 2017 but the case was dismissed without any plea or conviction. I also got a reckless driving in Feb 2018. From what I understand, I'll have to go for a face to face and then possibly also for Physician's panel. My question is if they ask me for a face to face, would they give me an appointment date or would I have to schedule it all over again? With the current wait times in months, I am worried I am not going to get another date for a long time. Second, I read somewhere that you only have to go for panel physician if its been less than 3 years. is that accurate? Also any recent experiences would be very helpful. Thank you!
