My I140 was approved in Sep’21. I got RFE for my current H1B petition and I am waiting for USCIS to send RFE document. Now, can I switch employer now (considering I have completed 6 years in USA and has I140 approved)? OR, should I wait till my current H1B visa is approved then only I can change employer. Kindly suggest.
