Got H1B visa need some informations

Hi guys,
I got H1B visa on 5th Jan,2005.Due to some personal problems I cannot start from my home country.Can u tell me how long I can stay at my home country after H1B visa. Is there any further formalities which I have to finish

There is no restriction to my knowledge. U can come inside the country till ur visa is valid. However there might be enquiries at the port of entry, if u are coming inside the country long time after stamping.
