Hi ,
I am on H1 visa right now. I have a valid visa till Aug 06. In the meantime I have transfered by visa to another company. The H1 transfer is also complete.
Now I am planning to travel to India for vacation. Is it required for me to go for stamping as I have my existing (old company's) visa valid till Aug 06.
Note: The last time I entered the country (US) I did not have the fingerprint authentication done. Will this also influence my entry into the country.
Please advice me on this.
