As my H1b petition is under process for fiscal year 2019-2020 my employer filed another petition for another fiscal year 2020-2021. But my first petition from 2019-2020 got approved first and my employer continued with it. Later my second H1b petition got approved as well. My employer have done amendment to the first petition as well. Now I want to change employer. Should I need to provide the second I797 approval form as well to new employer ?
