not able to delete a family member from CGI Federal

Hi, i wanted to take appointment for myself, when I am trying to do that it is automatically taking two applicants in the end. also it is not showing any family members to delete.
I am thinking it is system problem. when I send message to feedback portal, they are sending same email to delete the family member in step-6 in cgi federal which is not showing a family member to delete.
anyone please help me.
