L1 and H1 processing
Sir ,
One of my friend is working for Employer A who is offering a Assigment > in US under a L1 Visa . At the same time he have a offer from Employer B > who has alredy filed his H1 Visa and the USCIS have asked additional Evidence ( RFE ) . Now he is in a dilemma that Does filing a new petition under L1 Visa will have any repercussion on his already filed H1 Petition . Can you please respond on this asap.
