H1B for QA Analysts from H4

Hi,

My wife is on H4 as a dependant to me and she has 5 years of experience testing side with good knowledge on testing tools, test methodology, automation...etc.

My Questions:

- Does anyone have experience/data about the current market for QA, Testing positions? Usually how was the market and pay rate for QA openings in the past.

- Any consultants who can do the H4->H1 processing these days?

Any help in this regard appericiated.
