The same day I just received my H1B approval, my company told me my contract will end Dec 31, 2010.
If I find a company who are willing to accept the transfer, do I need to have my passport stamped before I can start working for them? Or is the stamping simply for travelling purposes? Meaning if I never left the US, I would not have to have my passport stamped?
Also what is the procedure for a transfer? The cost, time etc.
