hi,
presently i am on H4 visa and i am living in usa since 17th june 2003...now i have got an approaved H1B visa status...i have to go to INDIA for visa stamping...please help me with interviews questions asked,documents required and all the other imp requirements...also tell me if i am rejected for H1B then can i come to USA on my old H4 status as i have stamped H4 upto 2006??
