Hi All,

I need an emergency help.
I got my H1 query stating that evidence required -client letter which my client doesn't provide.
My OPT expires on feb2011 what to do now...

Emergency..Pls respond ASAP..

Your employer can provide the SOW between them and the client? If there is a middle vendor, then ask them if they can provide a copy of the SOW between them and the client (They can block the actual amount the client pay them in case they don't want to disclose that info with you).

Also, if you have copied of the time sheet that you submiyt to the client, then you can take copies of them and send it while responding to USCIS.

Can you provide em the list of documents that i can support to get my H1.
