DS-160 Previous Employment Question

I am filling out DS-160 form and have a question on previous employment. I am working in my current company for last 7 years.

1. My previous employment was almost 7.5 years ago on CPT. I was reading on Immihelp website form details section

that information needs to be filled for last 5 years. So do I need to fill out previous employment section?
2. If so, what documents do I need to carry with me for the previous employment proof, if any? Is it necessary to carry all documents?

I will probably have to go through old files and I am not sure if I will have all of them available.

I would appreciate responses.

If you have previous paystubs then it is fine. Otherwise, if you can carry previous employment - offer letter/termination letter, then it will be fine. Normally, they are interested in current ones. But if you have previous one's then advisable to keep with you.
