Received RFE on H1B petition
Hi. My current visa status is L2 which is about to expire in September 2022. For that I have applied for L2 extension. Also my H1B petition is in progress and I opted for premium processing.
As I have previously applied for L2 extension, I received RFE on my H1B petition asking for the initial evidence of current visa status.
Now my queries are
1. In my case, which visa status will be considered and maintained?
2. Do I need to cancel my L2 extension application to go ahead with H1B?
