LCA clarification

I am currently working in Sunnyvale, CA.

Now I got another project in Santa Clara.

So, do I need to file another LCA to work in Santa Clara, CA?

Is it true that we can work in Sunnyvale, San jose & Santa clara with same labor condition application?

If your LCA mentioned location and current work location are within 20 or 25 miles then yes. Check the exact miles on some of the thread in immihelp itself.

As long as the new job site is within the "normal commuting distance" (typically within a 35 mile radius) you don't need a new LCA.
