H4 last name query

My wife has her name in the passport as “AAA kaur Sandhu” but she has “AAA kaur” in marriage certificate, so last name is missing in the marriage certificate. She doesn’t have my name or last name added to her passport. Will this be an issue in H4 visa interview? She can carry same name affidavit as well. Interview is in 15 days, so not sure if we will able to add last name to the certificate.
