Hi,
I moved from California to Washington and due to mishandling the case from my employer side the change of location amendment is filed 1 month after the move. I also worked from new location for 3 weeks. While filing the amendment the paystubs provided are 2 from new address and 1 from old location. Is this a very serious violation of H1B immigration status. Also if I get RFE or rejection on the amendment can I go back and work from previous location as I still have valid visa for that location or I will be asked to leave the country and get fresh H1B visa?
Would it be better if I file change of status and move to H4 visa and avoid further H1B non compliance and risk of amendment rejection.
