H1 B visa interview rejection

Hi,

Can anybody help me understand if there are any chances of H1 B visa denial at the interview stage even as the H1 B petition is approved. If so, what are the reasons?

If it cannot be rejected, there there will be no need for a visa interview. Don't you think? There can be plenty of reason for rejection, like whether you qualify for the H1B, Whether you have all the required documents, whether your employer has clean records in U.S, whether the doucments that you carry are **** or not, whether you really have a job available in U.S, Whether you were a part of any terrorist group, whether there are any criminal cases filed against you and plenty more.
