Hi, I am currently on H4 visa + EAD valid till 2024. I have an international trip coming up this month. Since my H1B was selected in lottery in Apr 2022 and it is filed under consular processing. Can someone confirm that I would be able to enter back US based on H4 visa. As per my understanding, change of status to H1B won’t happen automatically 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 in Oct 2022 since my petition is filed under consular processing and I don’t need H1b stamp on my passport to enter US until I have a valid H4 visa. Has anyone been in this situation before and how was the experience?
