Hi All,
This is Shiva, I have applied for H1B Visa through one of the US Consultancy Services and got all the approvals for 2022 in October 2021.
I went for Visa Interview on 14th March 2022 at New Delhi Embassy and in my interview I have been asked for Client Offer Client which I have shared with interviewer,
later they issued me with 221G (Yellow Slip) Admin Process asking for more details.
The email that I have received from US Embassy is requesting for the below documents for which I reached my employer many times during these 6 months, but they haven't provided the
requested documents till date.
1. I797 petition copy
2. I 129 form
3. Petitioner’s letter to USCIS (employment letter)
4. Itinerary of service
5. LCA
6. End-Client letter
7. Middle client’s letters
8. Mutual Services or Contract agreements
Can anyone guide me how we need to take my case forward? If my employer donot provide documents, I am able to transfer other employer with approved I797 form of previous employer?
Otherwise any other options do we have? We have to provide the requested documents within 1 year otherwise my Visa gets rejected?
