Hi everyone,
I have attended a visa interview for M1 visa. I was asked to undergoing medical panels and submit the report along with my passport with a yellow 221g slip. I have sent the requirements to the embassy on the 11 August and the tracking shows that they received it on the 14.
I didn’t hear anything back from them and the case status still showing Refused with no update.
The embassy website has a tracking option which is showing that the passport is still with them, also the CGI was showing that the passport is with the embassy. Today I checked the CGI and it is no longer showing that the passport is with the embassy, but the embassy website is still showing they have it!
Should I email them or keep waiting, my interview was good and I guess if the same VO going to process my visa I should be okay but I am not sure. Anyone with similar experience can give me some feedback!
