Hi,
I am currently on an L1 Visa and I am going back to India since my project is over. One US employer (A) is willing to provide me an H1B Visa, which I will only get in October 2005 (if the petition is approved). I will be still employed with my Indian Company. My question is can I get this new H1B visa transferred to another US Company (B) from India without joining Comapny (A)? I cannot provide US paystubs from the US company (A) since I would not join them but only want to get a Visa from them and transfer it to the other US Company (B).
Please let me know. Any help would be highly appreciated.
