December 2010 visa appointment slots

Hello,

I'm trying to schedule my visa stamping interview in december this year in Mumbai. It looks like the slots havent opened up yet. Does anyone know when the slots open up usually? I thought it was a month in advance, or am i mistaken? Any information would be helpful.
