H1B visa stamp with 4 months for H1B Expiry

Hello Everyone,

I am a consultant planning to go to India for a month in December 2010. I have my H1B expiring on March 22 2011. Below is my question:
1. When I go to Visa stamping with 3-4 months remaining for H1B expiry. Will this be an issue?

No. You can go for stamping as long as the petition is valid. If approved, you will get the visa only till the petition expiry date.
