I got married to somebody when her divorce process was still going. We tied the knot before her divorce from previous marriage is approved. We registered the marriage after her divorce, Marriage certificate shows marriage date as when her divorce was going on, and registered date is after her divorce approved. Is this marriage registration dates fine with regards to H4 VISA support?
