I am currently working on H1-B. I am planning to apply for H4 and H4 EAD concurrently since my spouse has an approved I-140.
My question is will the H4 and H4 EAD get approved at the same time so that I can continue to work without any gap or will H4 COS and H4 EAD get approved at different times ?
