I'm on H1 with expiry date of Dec 2024. My wife is also on H1 with expiry date of Sep 2024. both os us have our I-140 approved. My wife is scheduled to travel to India in May 2023.
she would like to go on H4 and then finally to H4 EAD. What is the best and safest way to get her H4 EAD?
Also, can both H1->H4 COS and new H4 EAD be filed together? If so, any supporting materials on how to apply and also on waiting time.
