I'm kind of in a weird situation so I'd love to hear about anyone that's heard about this/been through this. I got the H1B lottery and submitted my case back in June. My STEM expired in July but I've been able to work because of the cap-gap, however the cap gap expires in September 30th, meaning I'm not eligible to work in the US after that date, even though my H1B is pending https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/. I got a Request for Evidence earlier this month, I submitted my paperwork yesterday but I probably won't hear back until after September 30th. Has anyone experienced a cap-gap expiration while their H1B case is still pending? If so what did you do?
