Should I prepare two sets of supporting documents for H4 and H4 EAD concurrent filing

Hi There,

I am preparing to file i539 to request the status change from F1 to H4 and concurrent filing i765 for H4 EAD. My spouse's H1B and 140 had approved.

I found there are some shared common supporting documents for both H4 and H4 EAD applications. I wonder if I should prepare two sets of documents for each application.

For H4, I prepared:
i539
G1145
personal check
most recent i94
all passports, VISAs
I20s, previous EAD
notarized marriage license translation
Spouse's i94
Spouse's all passports, VISAs
Spouse's H-1B approval notice (i797)

For H4 EAD, I prepared:
i765
G1145
personal check
2 (2inch x 2inch) photos
most recent i94
all passports, VISAs
I20s, previous EAD
notarized marriage license translation
Spouse's I140 approval notice (i797)
Spouse's H-1B approval notice (i797)
Spouse's all passports, VISAs
Spouse's Pay stubs for most recent 3 months.

Are these ok? Did I miss anything?

Last question is can I do the premium process for the H4 application in 2022?
