Hi,my husband l1 visa expired on aug 2022, he applied for both h1 cos and l1 extension.h1 got approved on sep 2022 and l1 extension unfortunately got approved on oct 3,2022.Because of this his status again change to l1. What is the chance to get h1 again.please help
