H1 B requirment

Hey all

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to start this forum or not .... my applogies if I'm not

but please help me out with the info that I'm looking for


I'm now in USA on B1/B2 visa looking for work permit
I'm here to write an exam in aviation field and have met with CEO of a firm who is ready to help me out with the required documents to get H1, but the problem he has never sponsored any one, so he is not aware about the required documents

So I reuest you to give me detailed step by step process to get apply and get H1
what all documents required and what all fee that I have to pay
