Lost I129

My employer has lost I129 irresponsibly.

now i need to go to stamping.
he sent me some previous scanned copy but its not good quality.

will this be a problem?

and is it possible to get a duplicate copy from USCIS.

my employer is not much of a help in this regard.

so pls help.. it s urgent.

A scanned copy of I-129 is enough. I-797 original is what is important.
